Our work summer event sent us to Lisbon for 2 or 3 nights. This was definitely a treat considering our office event has not taken us overseas in the time I have worked for the company. Since being in charge of pick-ups for our son, I don't usually attend after work drinks, so this was an opportunity spend time with work colleagues outside of the office. I generally had a good time and even managed to peel away one morning on my own while everyone was hungover and I had the opportunity to explore the city. This is my third time here and the place never disappoints; the old town in particular is my favourite area.
